STARTED ENGINE; HEARD LOUD CONTINUOUS PINGING SOUND; SHUT ENGINE DOWN. THIS COULD DAMAGE ENGINE. HAD CAR TOWED TO DEALER WHO SAID IT WAS CARBON BUILDUP. CAR HAS 2700 MILES ON IT. MUST BE DEFECTIVE CADILLAC. DEALER SAYS PROBLEM IS NORMAL. *AK
