2000 CHEVROLET VENTURE MINIVAN, FRONT WIPER MOTOR DOES NOT RETURN WIPERS TO NORMAL PARKED POSITION, THEY REMAIN VERTICAL ON WINDSHIELD WHEN SHUT OFF. OBSTRUCTS AND DISTRACTS VIEW, MORE PRONE TO FREEZE UP DURING WINTER MONTHS. HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS VENTURES ON THE ROAD WITH IDENTICAL CONDITION.
