Consumer Description
WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP. CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO UNLOCK THE STEERING WHEEL. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO HIT A CURB. CONSUMER HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED STEERING COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO WORN OUT PARTS. *AK
