Consumer Description
WHEN THE CONSUMER IS IN THE FRONT SEAT THE HEAD RESTRAINT TILTS FORWARD, CAUSING THE CONSUMER'S HEAD TO LEAN FORWARD. CONSUMER IS 5'3," AND SAYS HEAD RESTRAINT CANNOT BE ADJUSTED ANY LOWER. THE DEALER HAS NO REMEDY OR SUGGESTIONS FOR THIS PROBLEM. *AK
