WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP,CAUSING THE DRIVER TO HIT A CONCRETE BARRIER. AIRBAGS DID DEPLOY. HOWEVER, DRIVER SUSTAINED NECK AND BACK INJURIES, AND WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED.*AK
