WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED. DRIVER APPLIED THE BRAKES, BUT THE BRAKES HAD A DELAY IN RESPONSE. EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE WAS NECESSARY BASED ON POOR PERFORMANCE OF BRAKES. *AK
