Consumer Description
WHILE STOPPED ON AN INCLINE, THE CONSUMER REMOVED HER FOOT FROM THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACK SEVERAL FEET. THE DEALER CLAIMED THAT THE ROLL BACK WAS DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE AND THE TORQUE OF THE WHEELS.*AK THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THE VEHICLE OPERATED AS DESIGNED. *JB *NM
