PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE'S TAILGATE.*MR THE CONSUMERS TAILGATE HAD FELL DOWN AND HIT A CHILD IN HEAD FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THE CONSUMER WAS CONCERNED IN QUALITY AND STRUCTURE IN WHICH IS MADE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING TO RELEASE ON IT OWN. PLEASE REVIEW FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS. *CB
