SEAT BACK ON DRIVER'S SIDE OF MY VEHICLE COLLAPSED. CLEAR COAT IS CHIPPING OFF THE ROOF DESPITE REGULAR WASHING AND HARD COAT WAXING. RATTLE IN THE DOOR AND FRONT END LIKE THERE'S A LOOSE MOTOR MOUNT. *JB
