THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT LOCKED, WOULD NOT ENGAGE AND THE SEAT BELT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE DASH. THIS WAS AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM. THE SEAT BELT WAS REPLACED ON JULY 1, 2003. *AK *CB *NLM
