Consumer Description

WHEN THE REAR SEATS WERE FOLDED DOWN, THE BUTTONS FAILED TO LOCK THE SEAT IN PLACE TO ENLARGE THE TRUNK AREA. THIS CAUSED THE SEAT TO BE AT LEAST 7 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND WAS FINALLY TOLD THE SEAT WAS NOT DESIGNED TO LOCK SECURELY INTO PLACE. *JB
