HEAD REST ON THE DRIVER SEAT WILL NOT STAY DOWN. *MR THE DRIVER'S SEAT HEAD REST DID NOT STAY DOWN. ON FOUR OCCASIONS, THE CONSUMER REQUESTED REPAIR, BUT THERE WAS NEVER AVAILABILITY. THE CONSUMER FELT FEATURE WAS AN UNSAFE FEATURE FOR PERSONS THAT WERE SHORT. *SCC *JB
