Consumer Description
MY WIFE PURCHASED A 2001 FORD FOCUS. THE WASHER TANK IS DEFECTIVE AND LEAKS. WE TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TWICE FOR THE PROBLEM. (GEORGE COLEMAN FORD TRAVELERS REST, SC). WE THEN CONTACTED FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND WERE TOLD THAT THE ENGINEERS HAVE NO REPAIR PROCESS AT THIS TIME. *JB
