WHILE PULLING OUT OF THE DRIVE WAY WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING THE STEERING COLUMN LOCKED UP. CAUSING HIM TO CRASH INTO THE NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR HOUSE. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DEALER IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. REF. IN EA02-031 *CJS
