CONSUMER STATED THE BRAKE PEDAL EXPERIENCED PULSATION WHILE DRIVING. THE SERVICE CENTER STATED THE BRAKE ROTORS WERE WARPED. THE DEALER FAILED TO INFORM THE BUYER OF THE PROBLEM PRIOR TO PURCHASE. SCC *JB
