THE DEALER STATES THAT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE STILL PERSISTS. THE VEHICLE IS UNABLE TO ACCELERATE TO 35 MPH. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
