The DEF headers (level sensors) are a known issue with these motor homes and many other diesel vehicles dating back to 2010 to even new ones today. Shaw Industries is one of the main suppliers of this part (the supplier of the ones on Tiffin Motorhomes) and have done nothing to reimburse owners for the failures. When the level sensor fails the vehicle can go into a derate mode causing it to only be able to go 5 mph. This can be very dangerous for someone on a road trip hundreds of miles from any service, plus obtainung a replacement can take months, leaving people their families and dogs stranded that entire time. These DEF headers need to be recalled and all costs reimbursed to the techs of thousands who have had issues with them.
