The floor on my coach above the Catalytic converter has become soft. I am being told it is from the heat from the Catalytic converter. O called Thor and was told there should be a heat shield there campong world of Ashville says there is not a heat shield on it I have a picture no shield is present. I mistakenly told them something was cutoff during a recall I thought it was aa heat shield but it was something around the radiator. I have all service records nothing has been done around the Catalytic converter area. From other post on Thor forums this problems seems to exist in several of thor models. I have even read this could cause a fire and since it is at the exit door I would think they would take care of a problem that is probably less than $1000 to fix especially since...
