Defect: Temsa is recalling certain 2022-2025 TS30, 2023-2024 TS45, 2024 TS35, and 2025 TS45E vehicles. The lock mechanism may have been installed incorrectly, causing the roof hatch release handle to break.
Consequence: A broken handle could prevent or delay occupants from exiting the vehicle during an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Temsa will inspect and repair the mounting surface, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.

Defect: Temsa is recalling certain 2021-2025 TS30, TS35, and 2021-2026 TS45 buses equipped with a Mux5-B multiplex. The temporary bus stop valve may activate unintentionally and apply the brakes, causing them to overheat.
Consequence: Brakes that overheat can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Temsa will inspect the multiplex, update the software, and repair the wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 11, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.

Defect: Temsa is recalling certain 2024 TS35 vehicles equipped with certain Cummins L9 diesel engines. The remote fuel filter hoses may become separated from the fitting, which can result in a fuel leak and a lack of fuel supply to the engine.
Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. Additionally, a lack of fuel can cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Cummins will replace the fuel filter hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 20, 2024. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.
