Defect: DUE TO AN IMPROPERLY SEATED BUSHING IN THE CARBURETOR SECONDARY BARREL BODY, A PORTION OF THE SPIRAL RETURN SPRING OF THE THROTTLE PLATE OPENER MAY RESTRICT THE FREE RETURN OF THE SECONDARY BARREL THROTTLE PLATE.
Remedy: THE DEALER WILL INSPECT AND, IF NECESSARY, MODIFY THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRING.
