Defect: FAN BLADE MAY CRACK AND SEPARATE WHERE THE BLADE OVERLAPS THE SPIDER.
Consequence: SEPARATED FAN BLADE COULD RESULT IN BODILY INJURY TOPERSONS NEAR BY AND ALSO COULD DAMAGE THE ENGINE, RADIATOR, ETC.
Remedy: INSTALL A NEW ALL STEEL FAN.
