Consequence: If the PRD does not activate in the event of a buildup of pressure, the CNG tank may explode, increasing the risk of fire and injury.

The affected trucks may have been manufactured without rear and side rear red reflectors. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with...

Consequence: Missing reflectors can cause the vehicle to be less visible to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
