TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 LEXUS ES330. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER REAR WINDOW MALFUNCTIONED. THE CONTACT EXPLAINED THAT THE WINDOW WOULD OPEN INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO CLOSE IT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
