The contact stopped the vehicle, turned it off, and restarted the vehicle, and the instrument cluster became functional. The contact stated that the failure occurred at various speeds. Additionally, the turn signal was inoperable, the windows failed to roll down, and the doors could not be opened from the outside. The contact stated that the failure persisted. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer however, the dealer was unable to diagnose the vehicle. The contact had taken the vehicle to the same dealer several times for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.
