TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 INFINITI M37. WHILE TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME LOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000.
