WHILE THE CONSUMER WAS GRIPPING A DASH BOARD HANDLE TO PULL HERSELF UP, THE HANDLE CRUMBLED INTO 5 TO 6 PIECES. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. *NM CONSUMER STATED THAT THE DEALER BECAME AWARE OF THE PROBLEM WHEN CONSUMER ORDERED FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART. DEALERSHIP REMOVED THE 2 MOUNTING BOLTS WITH ATTACHED PIECES OF THE HANDLE, INSPECTED THE AIR BAG COMPARTMENT AND THEN INSTALLED THE NEW HANDLE. *LA
