The contact owns a 2021 Forest River Crusader equipped with 5 Trailer King tires, Tire Size: ST225/75R15, DOT Number: 1ADB4TRT1 4020. The contact stated that the front driver’s side tire had a slow leak. The tire was replaced with a spare tire. The contact stated that while driving on the spare tire there was a blowout. The contact stated that a mobile tire company replaced the tire. The tire technician inspected the front passenger, rear passenger, and rear driver side tires and advised that those tires were also damaged. In addition, showing signs of bulging, separation, and belt slipping. The contact had all the tires replaced. The tire manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was opened.
