TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SHADE ERRONEOUSLY AND INDEPENDENTLY ACTIVATED AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE CONTACT TO SEE OUT OF THE WINDOW.
