2017 DRV MOBILE SUITE Structurebody Problems

Cracked Frame. On June 13th, 2022 I was made aware through social media to check for a possible cracked frame do to others having similar issues. After investigation I found major cracks in my DRV’s left and right gussets. These were visible both standing on the front landing legs and while attached to the tow vehicle. Safety. Cracked frame could cause the whole front to completely crack and collapse causing the front legs to drag and cause accident & more. Has been confirmed with my last known count to be 25 units plus having same issue. Lippert came and made temporary repair for my transportation back to the manufacturer (at my cost ) for assessment and repair. Warnings. Movement from cracked frame caused caulking to keep failing, screw working loose, trim and cabinets to fall from attachment. Slide cable wear. Outside slide trim showing movement and bending .
