These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to...

Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.

Recall 16V896000 — STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR:HINGE AND ATTACHMENTS

Defect: DRV Suites (DRV) is recalling certain model year 2017 Full House recreational trailers, models JX450, LX410, LX450 and LX455, manufactured August 29, 2016, to November 30, 2016. The affected vehicles have rear cargo door hinges with welds on the hinge pin and hinge plate that may be insufficient, and as a result, the top of the door may swing down...

Consequence: If the door does not open as expected, there would be an increased risk of injury to those in the door's path.

BRAKE FAILURE SECONDARY TO BRAKE HOSE TO RV WHEEL CYLINDER LOSING FLUID BECAUSE BRAKE HOSE RUBBED AGAINST FRAME UNTIL IT FAILED. THIS RESULTED IN LOSS OF BRAKES WHEN ATTEMPTING TO STOP AT A CITY STREET LIGHT. I FOUND THAT SEVERAL OF THE 5 OTHER HOSES SHOWED SIGNS OF PENDING FAILURE SECONDARILY TO RUBBING AGAINST FRAME. THESE UNITS ALOS HAVE A POTENTIAL FOR CATASTROPHIC BRAKE FAILURE IF TIRE BLOWS AS LINES ARE EXPOSED.
