THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION. THE PASSENGER SIDE SAFETY BELT HAD COME UNBUCKLED WHEN THE COLLISION OCCURRED. *AK THE CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD AT APPROXIAMATELY 30 MPH WITH HIS/HER DAUGHTER BUCKLED IN HER CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. A YOUNG MAN WAS BACKING OUT OF A DRIVEWAY CLAIMING HE DIDN'T SEE THE VEHICLE AND IMPACTED THE PASSENGER SIDE. UPON IMPACT, THE PASSENGER BELT HAD UNBUCKLED, PUTTING THE DAUGHTER AND HER SEAT TO THE FLOORBOARD. *SCC

ALSO, DRIVER'S SEAT MOVES WHENEVER BRAKES ARE APPLIED IN A SUDDEN / EMERGENCY SITUATION OR WHEN JERKING THE SEAT BACK AND FORTH.
