Dodge Charger 2014 BOUGHT IT ON 2015 NO USED WAS GREAT WHEN WE GOT. But IT'S BEEN 8 YRS NOW AND HAVING LOTS BIG PROBLEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED FROM THE MANUFACTUER COMPANY. Lock DOOR THEY DO NOT OPEN OR CLOSE DUE TO THE INTIROR OF THE DOORS ARE DETACHING FROM THE FRONT WTH TH KEY LESS REMOTE. MOST OF ALL THE DASHBOARD IS UNPLEEING FROM TOP OF THE DASH AND DOORS MIDE SECTION. STEERING IS BOUNCHING WHILE DRIVING ON SOMEWHAT UNEVEN ROAD HERE IN THE CITY. Paint STARTING TO PEEL ON THE HOOD. I BELIVE THAT IT IS A SAFTY HASSARED DUE TO IN EMERGENCY TO GET IN OR OUT OF THE CAR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT. THE STEERING HAS A BIG PROBLEM THAT. HaD A ACCEDENT6 ON 2017 MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY IT WAS HEAD ONTO AROCK WALL FENCE.

FIRST MY CAR WOULD NOT DETECT MY KEYS (EVEN AFTER I REPLACED BATTER). WHEN I WAS DRIVING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WOULD RANDOMLY COME ON AND OFF EVEN AFTER GETTING ALL REPAIRS COMPLETED. ONE DAY IT REPEATEDLY FLASHED ON AND OFF AND KEEPS CONSTANTLY. MY CAR WAS ALSO JUMPING AND VIBRATING EXTREMELY HARD AND THE ENGINE WAS TICKING. GOING SLOW OR SLOWING DOWN, MY CAR HAS A HARD TIME TURNING. I WENT TO AUTOZONE AND RAN AN DIAGNOSTICS. AFTERWARDS I TOOK IT TO THE DODGE DEALERSHIP AND TOLD THEM WHAT I WAS EXPERIENCING AND WHAT THE DIAGNOSTIC SAID. I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT FIXED. MOREOVER, MY CAR IS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP AND I DO NOT HAVE A RENTAL. THE LAST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR RECALLS, I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY RENTALS AND I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE MY OWN. ALSO, THEY NEVER TOLD ME...

THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO RECEIVE THE WHEEL CHOCKS SPECIFIED IN THE RECALL. UPON LEAVING THE DEALER, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE DEALER HAD NOT PROVIDED HIM WITH THE WHEEL CHOCKS OR INSTRUCTIONS. THE CONTACT CHECKED HIS VEHICLE THOROUGHLY AND WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE WHEEL CHOCKS ANYWHERE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.

I WAS STOPPED AT AN INTERSECTION WITH A 4 WAY STOP. A CAR PULLED UP TO MY LEFT SO I PULLED INTO THE INTERSECTION. I BEGAN PULLING INTO THE INTERSECTION TO MAKE A LEFT TURN AND ANOTHER CAR CAME SPEEDING UP, PULLED AROUND THE CAR TO MY LEFT AND HIT MY CAR ON THE LEFT (DRIVER'S) SIDE. I WAS THROWN FORWARD AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE SUNVISOR, CAUSING A SUBDURAL HEMATOMA IN MY HEAD. THIS RESULTED IN MY SPENDING 8 DAYS IN HE ICU UNIT OF MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS

WHILE TRAVELING ON THE FREEWAY (IN THE LANE NEXT TO THE CARPOOL LANE) THE CAR IMMEDIATELY PULLED TO THE EXTREME LEFT CAUSING ME TO CRASH INTO THE CENTER DIVIDER. DURING THIS TIME, I HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE VEHICLE. WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, THE TIRE WAS PULLED BACK NEXT TO THE FRONT DRIVER DOOR, BUT STILL UPRIGHT AND HEADED FORWARD. YOU COULD SEE WHERE THE TIRE HAD BEEN SPINNING AGAINST THE BODY OF THE CAR. (THESE ARE KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF A FAILED BALL JOINT) UNFORTUNATELY, THE COMPLETE TIRE ASSEMBLY WAS RIPPED OFF AS IT WAS LOADED ONTO THE TOW TRUCK. CHRYSLER HAS SINCE RULED THAT THE ACCIDENT WAS CAUSED BY MY "MISUSE/ABUSE" OF THE VEHICLE. HOWEVER, IT WAS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD AND VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. A TOTAL OF $13,000 OF DAMAGE WAS DONE TO CAR, OF WHICH THEY HAVE PLACED...
