I HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY IN THE FOB, HAD THE CAR'S BATTERY TESTED (IT'S IN GOOD WORKING ORDER), TAKEN IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP OF PURCHASE TWICE.
