TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET C5500. THE CONTACT STATED T WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH UP HILL, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIOLENTLY JERK BACK AND FORTH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT SOME OF THE FUEL INJECTORS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, APPROXIMATELY ONE DAY LATER, ONE OF THE INJECTORS FAILED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000.
