2020 CADILLAC XT4 Forward Collision Avoidance Warnings Problems

The recall i have listed below is a safety issue regarding the vehicles inability to properly stop for pedestrians, objects, traffic, backing up due to camera / software failure. This was fixed in 2022 on my car per the recall. everything worked great until it started happening again 12/2024 and they replaced the module now at an expense to me. it seemed to work for about 1 month and Now its 3/2025 and i continue to have this issue intermittently keep happening and they can't seem to find the problem.
