2003 BUICK REGAL UNSAFE TIRES DEEMED BY GOODYEAR TIRE CO. CONSUMER STATES THAT THE INSIDE OF THE RIMS IS PEELING BACK CAUSING CORROSION AND FLAT TIRES. ALSO THE PLATING IS HITTING THE BRAKE DRUMS AND CALIPERS. *KB
