Bulletin Summary
Some 2019-2021 Ranger vehicles may experience an uneven and/or excessive gap existing between the instrument panel (IP) topper and the center tray/upfitter switch assembly. This may be due to a lack of rigidity in the IP topper not allowing the tray/upfitter switch assembly to latch properly. The following foam block service kit (SPN: KB3Z-2104338-A) should be used to correct this condition. Follow the installation instructions included with the kit to install the foam blocks into the IP topper and repair the vehicle.
