Bulletin Summary
Altec has discovered that certain DM47B and D3000B Series digger derricks built from July 2017 to May 2019 were not properly stability tested according to the Stability Test Form for Combined Digger Derrick and Platform Use contained in the Unit Installation Manual and in the Maintenance Manual. Altec requires these units to be properly stability tested according to the procedure no later than 6 months after receiving the SIL.
