Bulletin Summary
Service Information Letter (SIL) 714 notified owners that spacer plates that hold boom to fiberglass bolt heads may have been omitted during production. These spacer plates hold the fastener head and allow for 6 month torque inspection of the fasteners from the outside. Customers were directed to contact Altec if any were found missing.
