Installation of separator bracket to prevent interference between transmission oil filler pipe and coolant pipe, and installation of improved angle bracket near transmission oil filler cap. It has come to the attention of Van Hool that on the CX45 and TX45 with Detroit Diesel DD13 EPA2016 and Allison transmission: interference is possible between the transmission oil filler pipe and a coolant pipe. This can be the long term cause perforation of the coolant pipe with coolant loss as result. The angle bracket located at the transmission oil filler cap is prone to breaking due to vibrations of the pipe assembly. This service bulletin gives step-by-step instructions to install a separator bracket between the transmission oil filler pipe and the coolant pipe, and to change the angle bracket located at the oil filler cap.
