Bulletin Summary
Field Change Program: To check anchorage of passenger seats On affected vehicles it can be possible that too short Tee-bolts are used to secure the fixed seats. To address this issue, Van Hool is conducting a Field Change Program. Owners and operators of the affected units should first check the anchorage of all passenger seats (except rear bench seats) and, if necessary, change the fastening system.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
