THIS SERVICE BULLETIN INFORMS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS THAT THE POTENTIAL MAY EXIST IN WHICH THE ENTRANCE DOOR EXHAUST LINE ROUTED THROUGH THE SPARE TIRE COMPARTMENT COULD BECOME PLUGGED WITH SNOW AND/OR ICE AND IN THIS CONDITION, THE PLUGGED EXHAUST LINE COULD PREVENT THE ENTRANCE DOOR FROM OPENING AND ALLOWING PASSENGER EGRESS ON MODEL YEAR 2013-2017 MCI J4500 MODEL COACHES, AND THAT MCI WILL REMEDY THE AFFECTED COACHES AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMERS.
