Bulletin Summary
This Service Bulletin supersedes Service Bulletin 392 in its entirety and informs affected customers that coaches equipped with a Cummins 2010 engine can experience intermittent faults of the engine and/or transmission of the mulitplex controller program and as a result, the coach will operate with active engine and/or transmission codes that may require immediate attention on model year 2011-2013 MCI D model coaches, and that MCI will remedy the affected coaches at no cost to the customers.
