THIS SERVICE BULLETIN INFORMS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS THAT MCI HAS MADE AN IMPROVEMENT TO THE PARCEL RACK COMPARTMENT DOOR INSTALLATION WHICH WILL MINIMIZE THE PARCEL RACK COMPARTMENT DOOR RATTLING ON MODEL YEAR 2014-2017 MCI D MODEL COACHES AND 2014-2017 MCI J4500 MODEL COACHES. MCI WILL PROVIDE A PARTS KIT TO REMEDY THE AFFECTED COACHES AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMERS.
