This Service Bulletin informs affected customers that MCI was notified by Mobile Climate Control (MCC) regarding a potential issue with the wiring in the condenser compartment. The absence of heat shrink on a crimp connector in the condenser compartment could result in corrosion of the wires on model year 2012-2013 MCI J4500 model coaches, and that MCI has a retrofit kit available for purchase.
