Bulletin Summary
A very small number of Rolls-Royce Cullinan (RR31) vehicles have been identified as having a potential issue concerning the engine earth connections. It could be possible that during the engine assembly, one of 16 earth connectors was not torqued to the required specification resulting in an inconsistent electric connection. If one of these connectors is not tightened correctly the following problems may occur: l) MIL light would be activated, 2) failure to start the engine, 3) long term - oil pressure sensor damage.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
