Bulletin Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have Service Engine Soon Malfunction Indicator Lamp on and or the battery going dead overnight. Technician may find a 4.1 ampere draw. Technician will need to back out pin 1 of connector 2 at the Body Control Module and see if the draw goes away. If the draw goes away, check for an aftermarket accessory that is improperly wired into circuit 1732.
