SERVICE BULLETIN M1330: 2006-2009 6-SPEED TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT PARTS. PURPOSE: Revision. This bulletin is to inform dealers that replacement 6-speed Cruise Drive⢠transmissions and gear packs having a spur 5th gear will be replaced by 2010 or later assemblies having a helical 5th gear. Installation of the helical gear pack in a vehicle originally equipped with a spur 5th gear causes the speedometer to become inaccurate. The speed indication in the ECM must be configured using Digital Technician II.
