Altec Industries, Inc. has received notification from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that a condition exists relating to motor vehicle safety, compliance, or emissions in a vehicle you possess that is equipped with Altec equipment. Ford Motor Company has decided that a defect that relates to motor vehicle safety exists in certain 2020 model year Super Duty vehicles built from October 1, 2019, through September 21, 2020. On the affected vehicles the output planetary four assembly pinion thrust washer and/or pinion gears may fail and create debris in the transmission.
