Bulletin Summary
A number of Rolls-Royce Cullinan (RR31) vehicles have been identified as having a potential problem concerning the riveted section of the A-Pillar, where the rivet hole has an excessive gap and has not been sealed sufficiently. This could allow water ingress that may migrate into the sill. Therefore, this area needs to be checked on both the right hand & left hand side of the vehicle and if required apply sealant to the affected areas.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
